1. Acceptance
By installing or using Spokenfor you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the service.
2. Service description
Spokenfor is a Shopify app that enables merchants to sell geographic exclusivity on their products via the Shopify Theme App Extension and Checkout Extension surfaces.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via the Shopify Billing API. Pricing tiers are described on the pricing page. Shopify retains a percentage of app subscription revenue per its standard terms.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Spokenfor to misrepresent regional availability, violate consumer protection laws in any jurisdiction you sell to, or attempt to bypass atomic regional locks.
5. Liability
Spokenfor is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Uninstalling Spokenfor from your Shopify admin cancels your subscription effective the next billing cycle.
