A Theme App Extension block on the product page shows X of Y claimed in the buyer's region. Polls every 30s or on focus. Hides itself when no cap exists.

Shopify Checkout Extension validates the shipping address against active caps using atomic Redis decrements. Two simultaneous buyers — first wins, second is blocked.
