Is the exclusivity fee separate from the product price?+
Yes. Both appear as standard Shopify line items. Merchants earn the product price plus the exclusivity fee on every claim.
What happens if a buyer cancels their order?+
The orders/cancelled webhook automatically releases the regional claim. Optional waitlist notifications fire to interested buyers.
Can two buyers claim the same region simultaneously?+
No. The Checkout Extension uses atomic Redis decrements — the first paid order wins, and the second is blocked at checkout with a clear message.
Do you support city, state/province, and country tiers?+
Yes. Merchants on the Growth plan and above can configure different fees per geographic tier.
How is billing handled?+
Through the official Shopify Billing API — it appears alongside your other Shopify app charges.
